Shipping and Returns
Prodir DNA Store uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
Shipping is free on all orders in Switzerland.
Shipping to all other European countries we serve costs 8 CHF, and it’s free starting on 2 pens or more.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order.
We’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name and tracking number (if available). You can click directly on the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Average transit time is 2-3 days.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Prodir DNA Store’s control once it leaves our facilities, Prodir DNA Store cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Prodir DNA Store chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of them require a signature. In the event delivery is unsuccessful due to the absence of the consignee, the carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Prodir DNA Store.

Please be informed that we approximate your location from your Internet IP address by matching it to a geographic region or from the location entered during your check out.
We fundamentally believe you will be happy with the products you purchase from the Prodir DNA Store. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to refund or exchange your items if dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
Return request must be submitted to email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Prodir DNA Store does not refund shipping costs for returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method used to make the purchase.
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

The Service will be available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any requests received during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
